Aaron, the company’s founder, got his start in North Queensland, working alongside his father at just 14 years old. These early years on-site instilled a deep respect for the trade and a passion for building with precision. Over time, Aaron developed a diverse skill set and progressed to managing large-scale infrastructure projects valued at over $100 million. His leadership roles equipped him with insight into safety, project delivery, and operational excellence.
When Aaron and his partner relocated to Melbourne, they built Flynn & Co. from the ground up, combining his technical experience with a commitment to service. The business quickly gained traction, earning a reputation for consistent results, clear communication, and lasting partnerships.
